Riverview High School Girls win over BMHS 36-10. Should RHS win on Thursday and they will advance as the second seed in the Northeast.
Scorers for BMHS were Anna Mallard who subbed in at 9 and scored her first try and vet tight head prop Jessica Chesser.
Moncton High Girls finally met their match at Odyssee. The two battled to a 12 all tie. As a result MHS will advance as the Northeast 1st seed and ODC have to wait as see. Should RHS loss Thursday, ODC would be the 2ND seed.
An early injury to ODC star flanker Celine Hebert seemed to take the wide out if ODC. It took a try by MHS fly half Jayde Olscamp to snap them out of it.
ODC did reply in the first half with a break and a try by Coline Ramade. The corner try left an impossible kick for Donelle, who did amazing to hit the upright.
The second half Olscamp scored again, this time unconverted. With the score now 12-5 for Moncton High, it seemed the ODC were on the attack for most of the 2nd half. As a reward Emily Donelle scored from inside center and converted her own try.
The game ended with a ODC player going out of bounds inside the MHS 22 at a 12-12 tie.
